When I completed my postgraduate studies 5 years ago, one of my goals was to start a blog about foot health and wellness. I wanted to create and provide a helpful resource with valuable information for anyone who is interested in learning more about feet and their overall health and wellness.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the closing of our offices to non-essential services, I decided to use this time to pursue this passion and launch my blog.
I will be sharing a variety of chiropody content, including everything from basic foot anatomy, common foot issues, treatments, exercises, products, tips, new research, and more!
